SKUStage Terms of Service

Use content you have the right to process, never impersonate another person, and review important AI output before relying on it.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms form an agreement between you and kxAI (operated by the registered owner of bamboochat.cn) for the SKUStage global website, the kxAI China service, clients and related services. Creating an account, using Google sign-in, uploading content, purchasing a plan or continuing to use the service means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the AI Content Disclosure.

If you do not agree, do not register or use the service. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and take responsibility for activity under your account.
Users under 18 need parent or guardian review and consent. The service is not directed to children under 14.
Do not sell, rent or share accounts, or bypass quotas, billing, risk controls or security measures.
Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.

3. Services and AI output

SKUStage provides product-image generation, marketplace and social-commerce formats, on-image ad translation, layout rebuilding and export tools. Current pages describe supported markets, formats, limits and plan requirements.

AI output can contain product-detail errors, incorrect text, translation mistakes, invented elements or generation artifacts. Human review of the product, packaging, claims, translation, rights and platform rules is required before commercial publication.

We may improve or replace models and interfaces. We will not arbitrarily remove paid benefits that applicable law requires us to deliver.

4. Your content and license

You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded product images, ad creative, text and generated output.
You grant SKUStage a non-exclusive, limited license to host, understand, generate, translate, rebuild, export, synchronize and troubleshoot content solely to deliver the service.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights from copyright, trademark, font and publicity-right owners.
Private tasks are not public unless you deliberately share or export them.

5. AI imagery and advertising content

Review AI output and never publish model-generated packaging, certification, price, discount, efficacy or sales claims as verified facts.
Do not use trademarks, copyrighted images, fonts, likenesses or competitor assets without authorization.
Follow applicable disclosure and platform rules when publishing AI-generated imagery.
We may reject or remove abusive, unlawful, infringing or deceptive inputs and outputs.

6. Prohibited conduct

Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, privacy-invasive or infringing content or activity.
Processing private customer data, confidential material or copyrighted content without authorization.
Attacking, scraping, reverse engineering or disrupting the service, distributing malware, or using unreasonable automated traffic.
Fabricating evidence, impersonating people or misleading audiences in identity, finance, politics or other high-risk contexts.
Reselling the service, renting accounts or using SKUStage to train a competing model without permission.

7. Plans, payments and refunds

Mainland China pricing uses CNY and WeChat Pay by default. Other regions use USD and Stripe by default. Taxes and payment-provider rules may vary by location.

Product generation and ad localization use shared creative credits based on the number and quality of generated images. Current rates are one credit for a 1K image and two for a 2K image; failed generations are refunded. Checkout controls the price and allowance you accept.

Send the order number to baoboochat@gmail.com for duplicate charges, missing credits, failed delivery or refund requests. Refunds follow applicable law, the checkout terms and provider rules. Fully delivered and consumed digital usage is generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

SKUStage software, interfaces, brand assets, creative workflows, documentation and technology belong to SKUStage or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights.

Subject to your rights in the input and compliance with these Terms, you may lawfully use generated output. Separate third-party licenses may apply to models, fonts or source material.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SKUStage and request account deletion. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts involved in unlawful conduct, fraud, infringement, chargebacks, attacks or material violations, and will explain when reasonably possible.

After termination, records required for tax, security or dispute obligations may be retained; other data is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy.

10. Availability and liability

We use reasonable measures to keep SKUStage available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free networks, cloud providers, models or payment services. We will try to communicate planned maintenance and material incidents.

To the extent permitted by law, SKUStage is not responsible for indirect loss caused by unlawful use, failure to retain original files, failure to review AI output or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law, disputes and updates

These Terms are governed by the law having jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact support first; unresolved disputes go to a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms for legal, product or business changes. Material changes will be announced. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance, except where renewed consent is legally required.
